Day 2 – S & S BILTFIT Challenge

Ok, it’s only Day 2 and things are getting very competitive between Stacy and I. Just kidding. I had a great time working out with Stacy today. We may have different exercises that we do, but we worked very well together and the best part was she was motivating me and reminding me to do more than the minimum. When I thought 15 reps were enough, she suggested we do 20. That’s what I need – someone to push me past my comfort zone. Thanks Stacy! First thing when we walked into the gym this morning, Bill asked us what we each had for breakfast. I bought some Whey protein at Biltfit and had a protein smoothie with banana and strawberries. After our workout, a handful of nuts and a couple of figs. Lunch, Sea Bass and vegies marinated in olive oil. My afternoon snack was a cappuccino protein smoothie and for dinner two beef vegie kabobs, one small corn on the cob and an artichoke. Day 2 and no sweets! Yipee!! Day 3 – Stacy and I and my friend Rhoda are going on a hike tomorrow morning for our cardio workout. Hope it’s not too hot!
